Conceptual Estimating: Our sales and estimating staff has over 80 years of steel construction experience and can assist you in developing the most functional and economical way of achieving your design needs within a budget that works. This ensures that the numbers you carry to secure financing and move forward will not balloon once final drawings are completed.
Design Build: We have the capability to provide turn-key service from original concept and development of a building layout that fits your needs and budget, then developing fully engineered design drawings, sealed by a registered structural engineer, suitable for obtaining building permits. From approved design drawings, our in-house detailing staff will develop shop and erection drawings and details. Our shop will then fabricate your building to your specifications and load them on our fleet of trailers ready for our trucks to deliver to the job site. Our crews of ironworkers will erect your structure plumb and level, and ready for veneer and roofing.
Hard Bid: If you already have design drawings or are bidding a project with fully developed designs documents, we would be happy to provide you with a price and detailed scope of work.
Fabrication and Erection: We fabricate and erect structural steel for commercial and industrial applications. In addition, we have a dedicated bay to fabricate steel stairs, handrails, ladders, dumpster gates and other miscellaneous steel. We have our own fleet of tractors and trailers to deliver materials to the job sites on time to meet project schedules. We install your steel with our own union ironworker crews, so we control the process from start to finish. There will be no back charges between the fabricator and erector for any issues that may arise on the project. If there is an issue, we fix it and move on.
